    🚴🏻‍♂️ Reflections: Afternoon library trip turned hard recreational ride. Ginseng green tea high on life. I had too much energy to not ride. I went fast and hard. Came in as hot as I could. I had a lot of fun! The only reas1on my average speed is only 13 mph is because I warm down walked the last 15 minutes.
